今日は神経内科受診の日。
A苑の玄関で待っていると、
車椅子の家内はとても元気な様子で目をしっかり開けて出てきた。
看護師さんによると､
平熱を維持し､完食とのこと。
体重は35kgということで､
約2kg減ってはいるものの､この元気な様子に一安心^^
車で移動中も腕を動かしていた。力も衰えていない。

診察中も元気な様子。
O主治医は､誤嚥性肺炎や胆管炎の可能性､その後の経過についてのS病院の記録を読んでいた。
家内を診察しながら、
『アリセプトの再開で元気になったようですね』と。
現在のＰＤ用薬は以下の通りで変更無し。
　ｲｰｼｰﾄﾞﾊﾟｰﾙ：朝､昼､夜各１錠
　ｴﾝﾀｶﾎﾟﾝ：　 朝､昼､夜各1錠
　ﾊﾙﾛﾋﾟﾃｰﾌﾟ： 1枚

次回は4月16日（火）１４時の予定。

今日は昨日よりも更に元気になったような気がした。
　家内よ、イッパイ食べて体重を増やそうね^^
　元気な頃は痩せの大食いで50kg､160cmのスタイルだったよね^^
　元に戻そうぜ！

This evening I was confronted with a very sad fact.
My neighbor's wife (around 80), with whom I had a normal conversation just a week ago, told me the following on my way home.
"Has your wife been well since then? You know, there's a stranger in my house."
I was surprised to hear this, but I calmly said the following.
"Oh, really? I'll talk to your son about it later."
I was very shocked because I had experienced this kind of thing (visual hallucinations) through my wife's words and actions.
